◊ Best PI Paperback Original: Snow Blind by Lori Armstrong (Julie Collins)
◊ Best Short Story: "Family Values" by Mitch Alderman (Bubba Simms)
◊ Hammer Award for Character Longevity: Lawrence Block (Matthew Scudder)
